Fraud Alerts

Robocall Scam

We have been made aware of a new robocall scam where customers and non-customers receive calls where “Fulton Savings Bank” appears on the caller ID. When the call is answered a recording begins saying they have important information about your credit card and rates. If you receive any of these phone calls, please HANG UP immediately and DO NOT return the call.

Please Note:

The Bank will never call you claiming to update our files or threaten that your account is in jeopardy if you do not update your account information immediately.

Debit Card Fraud

Due to an increase in debit card fraud, your Fulton Savings Bank Debit Card may not work as a “credit”. If this occurs, please try again selecting “debit” and using your 4 digit PIN number.

If you incur a fee, please call your local Fulton Savings Branch and we will refund the fee.



  • Carry only the card(s) you plan to use
  • Know where your cards are at all times
  • Check for evidence of tampering before you use an ATM to obtain cash
  • Monitor account activity periodically via online banking and monthly statements
  • Ensure computers have the most up to date anti-virus software
