Stimulus Payment Relief

Thank you for contacting Fulton Savings Bank requesting temporary relief of your negative account balance as a result of your financial hardship due to the Covid-19 Crisis.  Please complete this form and hit submit. A Bank representative will review your request.

If your account had a negative balance on the day your stimulus payment was direct deposited, the bank will give you temporary use of the amount of the negative balance so that you may receive the entire amount of your stimulus payment.   Upon review and approval of your request, you will be given a check in the amount of the negative balance.

The negative balance will be added back to your account in 31 days.
