Online Bill Pay Enhancements

Please be advised………...we will be making enhancements to our Express Online Bill Pay System. The System, will be unavailable Sunday, October 21, 2018 from Midnight to 8:00 AM.

Enhancements will include an estimated “deliver” by link, additional warning messages, completed payment status change, sort by payee nickname just to name a few…………

Savings Account Excessive Transaction Fee

Effective September 1st, in compliance with FDIC Reg D, the Bank will begin charging a fee to savings accounts for excessive transactions. For more detailed information please refer to “Savings Accounts / Excessive Transaction Fee” under the Banking Services / Schedule of Fees tab.


Debit Card Security – Out of the Area Travel

As part of our enhanced fraud prevention service, please notify Customer Service should you wish to use your Fulton Savings Bank Debit Card for transactions located out of the area.

For travel out of the area, please email our Customer Service Department at at least 3 business days prior to your travel date.
