Effective February 6, 2017, our Fulton Commons Office, 1909 State Route 3, Fulton became a Drive Thru Facility ONLY. The lobby is closed.
For our customers’ convenience, the Bank will maintain the night drop and ATM at this location. For lobby traffic, please visit the Main Office at 75 South First Street, Fulton.

Year End Tax Information: Customers with eStatements can now access their year end tax information online. If you do not have eStatements with your Online Banking, please sign up today by accessing your account and clicking on the eStatement tab.
Debit Card Security – Out of the Area Travel
As part of our enhanced fraud prevention service, please notify Customer Service should you wish to use your Fulton Savings Bank Debit Card for transactions located out of the area.
For travel out of the area, please email our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 business days prior to your travel date.

Due to an increase in debit card fraud, your Fulton Savings Bank Debit Card may not work as a “credit”. If this occurs, please try again selecting “debit” and using your 4 digit PIN number.
If you incur a fee, please call your local branch and we will refund the fee.
