Jennifer brings eight years of banking experience to our mortgage team. She has worked in the local banking industry as a residential mortgage underwriter and in loan processing, serving customers throughout Central New York. “The entire customer experience is my main focus. I want to ensure that every customer I work with has an amazing overall experience and that they walk away from our encounter satisfied with the results. I am happy to assist any customer with what they are looking for and will not stop until all of their questions have been answered and their needs have been met!” Jennifer has an associate degree in criminal justice from Cayuga Community College. She resides in Hannibal with her husband, Nick, and their two children.
