Setting Up Mobile Banking Using a FSB-Mobile Text Banking

First you will need the following information before you begin:

  • Last 6 digits of social security number
  • Fulton Savings Bank account number exactly as it appears on your statement
  • 5 digit zip code
  • Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
  • Last Name

Mobile Text Banking

Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messages on your phone. It's a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent account history by sending a text command to a short-code. You must successfully register before you can begin using FSB-Mobile Text Banking. 

Use your Personal Computer to Access Fulton Savings Bank's Mobile Banking registration


Register For Mobile Banking

  • You will need to read and accept the Terms & Conditions
  • Enter the required information
  • Select security questions and provide the answers
  • Create a User ID and Password
  • When completed, you will see the successful registration message

Enroll Your Mobile Device for Text Banking.

Text Banking requires that you enroll your device for text banking by requesting a one time activation code. To enroll, using your PC, go to https://secure.myvirtualbranch.com/fultonsavings9438/RegistrationDisclosure.aspx

  • Enter your Username and Password that you just created above.
  • Answer your Security Questions.
  • Under I Want To: Click on Request Activation Code.
  • It will display the activation code at the top left of the box.

Once you have requested an activation code, the mobile phone you enrolled will receive a text message requesting that activation code.

  • The message will be from 584-73
  • Respond to the text by entering your activation code

You are now enrolled in Text Banking.

*Do I need a text message or data plan with my wireless carrier?
Yes, a text messaging and/or data plan is typically needed as data usage can become expensive without them. Please check with your wireless carrier for more information. Please note that you are responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

Transfer T We have removed the ability to transfer funds through text banking because of the security concerns with text banking. You can still transfer funds through the Apps and the mobile browser.
